Car accident, compensation claim help

Hello everyone ,

I have accident  whiplash back an shoulder injurys currently  I am undergoing treatment to sort this out.
My solictor said that he will ask for ?1.5k for my injures and I can ask to settle now or I can wait until September 2008 when the 7 month recomeneded recovery is up and then after this 7 month we can see if all my injures have cleared up.
My question is what otions should I chose and what should I do ? Many peolple tell me that first offer is not so good.

Without reading the medical report it is hard to say what you would get.
Sometimes insurance companies make a low first offer but not always. If you are
going to reject the offer your solicitor needs to be confident that you can do
better if yougo to court. You have to decide whether to wait and see or take an
offer now. Only you can make that decision. I would normally wait and see if you are
not in a hurry for the money.
