Hi
I was injured in accidet at work two weeks ego. I slipped on the wet floor. Now I have broken leg. I have porblem because I think that this accident wasn't my fault but my boss sey that I was unguarded and I'm respond for this accident and I can't claim compensation. Heve he right? Can I claim compenstion? I can't work now and I realy need this money.

If i was you i would get in contact with a solicitor who will fight this case for you. There should of been a sign up saying floor is wet to notify staff and customers. If there was not this should of been cleaned up as it is affecting their health and safety.
