terrible car crash, to people died, heave injury, head injury

i had very hard accident with my wife.
last year we have been injured by drunk man. he was driving so fast (120 miles!) and go stright to us. To avoid forward crash, I turn left, and he turn right in the same time.
My brother died in this accident, I had broken legs and heavy hed injury. My wife - she broken ribs.
Police said that this men was suicide - he have psychical illness.
Can I get any compensation? I tryed, insurer refused.

injured and your brother was killed. Has there been an inquest yet? Have you
obtained the police report? You need a good solicitor to advise you about making a
claim. We cannot tell you on this forum whether you will win because the police
