Accident on farm, broken leg

Hello,
I work two years on farm in west  Schottland. 9 months ago I had an accident. I was discounted from tractor. My boss take me at hospital. I had broken leg. Now I wont claim compensation, but I don't know how much time have I? Who paid my compensation? What kind of documents should I have?

You have 3 years to start your case. You should see a solicitor about making a
claim as soon as possible. You should tell the solicitor how the accident happened
and the solicitor will tell you want evidence you need, for example medical
evidence, accident reports, hospital reports. The employer by law should have
insurance to cover liabilty for your accident.
