how long can I claim...

Hello,
How much time have I to claim compensation? I have an accident 23.04.2006. I change job last month and I wont claim compensation for my previous boss. It is to late?

It is not too late to make a claim for compensation because you have 3 years to start your claim but you should now make your claim if you want to because it takes time to get the evidence.

Hi there, you have three years from the accident date or from the date of knowledge of the injury caused by the accident. It is not three years to start your claim but three years in which to issue legal proceedings to protect your right to compensation. So it is strongly advised not to leave commencing a claim to the 2-3 year because it takes time to get a case ready to a point where proceedings can be issued. Hope this helps.
