You may have a claim against the insurers of the car who hit you or against your employer if they should not have allowed you to work where cars might hit you. You have suffered serious injuries. You should consult a solicitor about making a claim.

Hi Mate

All i can say is that you do have a genuine claim and you should not let it go as realistically that is a BIG claim and you can get alot of money, im not going to say how much but judging your statement if that is true then you could be looking in the thousands figure.. Now firstly you need to establish whom you want to pursue your claim against, would it be your workplace or the third party that hit into you, what ever the case you can try to pursue both as one party will blame the other, which will delay your case for a while but thats when the case is thoroughly investigated.

You have a case there and i can see you getting compensated, and would like to take your case on as i provide a yes win no fee service to which you pay nothing and get 100% of the compensation.

Let me know if your interested.

Thanks

Hi,
you can make a claim as you have suffered whiplash injury from the accident. I am working for a claims company and if you want to claim email with your name number and best time to contact on samuelclaims (at) gmail (dot) com for our specialist injury solicitor to call you for a FREE short consultation.

On acceptance you will receive ????600 for referring the claim and the compensation is 100% on top.

It's no win no fee!

Sham

Sham by name and sham by nature.

Did you even bother reading the original post?    The original post was 2008, it is now 2012 and so if proceedings have not been issued the OP is time barred and where is whiplash even mentioned?

If you cannot even read a post properly, god help any clients you represent, I hate to think what injuries you try and claim for.  Are you one of the famous Crash for cash claims management firms.

Roll on April 2013 when referral fees will be banned and trash like you will hopefully go out of business!!!!

Exactly, I agreed with your answer. You can claim against that car insurance who hit  you.

You shouldn't feel skeptical about filing a claim. You ought to be compensated for your losses pertaining to income and cost of treatment. It's like to be a big claim.

My question is why don't you want a compensation if you are liable? I emphasize IF you are liable....

Your compensation depends on a number of things like that of your treatment cost, loss of wages, cost of medical checkup, cost of hiring an attendant etc. At times, you may even experience an extended phase of treatment which you havenā??t perceived before.
