Whiplash

Hello. I have a whiplash claim which is near to being settled. However I am not happy with the figure quoted and mailed my claim handler to that effect she then mailed back and stated it was in line with JSB guidelines. These have a variant up to Â?4250. My neice works for the Claims department of a large Ins Company and has said that the figure is low Â?1850 and should be in the region of Â?2500-Â?3000. I have signed the paperwork and the solicitor has stated that she will ask for Â?2100. I now find that I have not been dealing with a solicitor at all but a paralegal. Can I do anything I haven't actually had an offer yet but it is close. ???
