Go to the doctor and get arnttmeet for whiplash. Make sure you get documentation of the extent of the injuries. You will then need to file a claim with the other party's insurance. However, I will warn you to only file a claim if there is a genuine, documented medical condition. There are way too many false whiplash claims these days from people that are looking to make a quick buck, and insurance companies (and judges) don't look too highly upon them, and filing a false claim may cause trouble for you later on. For example, your own insurance company may raise your rates in order to compensate for the fact that you are prone to filing frivolous claims.
