Loss of earnings

Any help most welcome,

Last September I fell down the stairs in our privately rented house landlord previously removed all handrails! There is a claim going through but would like to ask a couple of questions.I am/was a SE lorry Driver.I suffered a Badly broken leg Tibia/fibula which was operated on Pinned and screwed weeks later while recovering at home i collapsed and nearly died of a Saddle Pulmonary Embolism. I am still unable to work and may never return to me previous job.
1. I had my Leased Car repossessed due to being unwaged can i claim the cost related to this Â?8k shortfall plus lack of vehicle.
2.Can I claim for the stress related issues arising from our threatened and possible eviction by said landlord.

Many Thanks In advance.

IM happy to discuss your options should you so wish. Before discussing what can be claimed back, its best to consider the likelihood of you winning on liability as a priority.

I personally don't bleieve anybody should be forced to have insurance, including automobile drivers. At the same time, I think there should be increased accountability for everybody so people don't get screwed by uninsured people. Having insurance is a good idea for everyone, but people should do this on their own accord and not be forced to do it. But if they get in an accident without insurance, they should be stuck with the consequences.

Really great software, but it would be nice if there was a way to cut part of a track and move the track lioctoan (e.g., cutting out the front four bars of a song).  Also, if you could allow for punching in and out.  As it is now, you have to record the entire track over to fix a bad part.

Thank goodness they are going to be ok, and I'm sure the'll enjoy the video from the boys.  And by the way, your 5 year old is a cross-fit king!  Look at the form on those plyo jumps!
