To pursue a personal injury claim for compensation, then there must be an injury. Also in terms of the injury, it needs to be considered whether it would be worth your while pursuing. For example if injury caused is no more than bruising which healed up within a few days, then the reality is that it may not be worth your while in terms of time spent pursuing the claim. Based on what you state, there is little for me to go on. However, if yoou wish to consider your options then feel free to contact me.

You can claim under premises liability law.Under this law ,if you are injured on some ones other's property then you can claim against him.

Dino,

You should be able to pursue a personal injury claim against your employers liability insurance. Please contact me 01384620701/07772650364 if you still want to make a claim.
