reactivating post traumatic stress????????

Hi
i was in a serious car accident some years ago,i had fairly bad back injuries etc.i had alot of treatment for my post traumatic stress and back injuries.My ptsd was gone after some years and my back settled down.
life was great until  2months ago , i was in another accident,not as serious,i hurt my neck and shoulders. A few days after the accident,the ptsd is back,worse than ever.i am on alot of mediction for this and getting help from a mental help doctor and an lot of pain killers for the other injuries.
How does the court look at this??
