RTA 7 Months ago,what happens after a medical?

Hi all,
To keep a long story short, i ran into the back of a guys car when he pulled out from the wrong side of the road. I attended hospital and was told i had a strained neck and back. I made a claim approx a month after the crash and was referred for a medical by my lawyer last week. Does anyone know what happens next? Any information is appreciated.

It is always best to speak to your solicitor regarding the next steps to your claim as he or she is in the best position to advise as to what needs to be done.
But basically if the medical report advises treatment such as physio etc then that would be the best course of action for you. But as I say, speak to your solicitor, afterall that is why you instructed him or her in the first place, for their professional advise.
