Slip on wet pavement

Hi, I just wanted to know if anyone thought I may have a claim. I recently slipped on a crossing slope on a council pavent,  it was one of those surfaces with raised lumps but instead of it gripping it turned really slippy resulting in me smashing into the ground. My friend who I was walking with at the time also almost slipped but managed to save herself.
I went to A&E as I thought I may have broken my leg, however I had just got a 'soft tissue injury' (as the doctor said) to my knee, a bruised hip, bottom of back and a sprained shoulder.

Thanks for helping!

Bit of a difficult one to answer. I need to have a look at the surface. Do you have  any photgraphs? If so call me and I shall give you my email address to forward them onto me for consideration.
