If you haven't made a claim yet you need to. Im a solicitor and I can help you with this. At this stage it is impossible to say how much your claim is worth. You need to have specialist medical reports prepared.

If you want my help text 1CLAIM to 88802 and I will contact you

As the person above has stated, it is too early to value your claim without specialist reports. In terms of the othersides insurance company being void - then the reality is that the insurers of the car may still have to deal with your claim as "RTA insures" even if the person driving had issues over his insurance (for example such as misleading them at the beginning over the number of points he had on his driving licence) alternatively your claim may proceed through the Motor Insurance Bureau (MIB), the bureau is a last resort for blameless victims of car accidents where the otherside are not insured alternatively they have disappeared and are untraceable, as in the case of a hit and run.
If you do not already have legal representation then I am happy to discuss your potential claim if you wish to call me.
