I had RTA 3 months before..

hi there,
my name is Ahmet.I had a road trafic accident 3 months ago.it wasnt my fault the other driver came out in front of me.but unfortunatly he died.

i have ,
. left foot broken
. right foot dislocated and broken and it was operated on and 4 pinned.
. right arm dislocated and broken elbow.
. i have problems with my chest due to collapsed lungs after accident.
.2 deep cuts to left knee
.neck and back pain(10 of 6)
.scarring of hands
.panic attacks started
.no sleeping
.and also doctor said i cant use my right elbow normal all my life.
.my doctors, apointments and physiotherepy is still ongoing.

what do you think my compensation should be?(MY SOLISITER CANT ANSWER MY QUESTION.MAYBE SOMEONE CAN ANSWER MY QUESTION)
i am a waiter and have not worked since accident and dont know when or if i can do same job again.
