Car Accident Whilst Stationary

Hi Guys,
I had dropped a friend off at a garage and was parked, off road. An audi came along the road in front of the off road patch and stopped then reversed from the road onto the off road patch and into my car.
Some superficial damage and a little knock to me an feeling a bit of lower back discomfort but in all fairness - nothing major. The driver apologised at the scene and said her foot slipped.

Who's would you say is at fault here?
Thanks in advance,
M

Hi Milton,

The driver who reversed in to your vehicle is certainly at fault and you should have to pay no fee to get your car repaired as the third parties insurance will deal with that.

I work for Active Auto Solutions, a company who specialise in these situations and if you would like us to arrange repairs of your vehicle and look to get you compensation for your injury please do not hesitate to call me on 0845 257 8967. All of our services are completely cost free to you.

If car A is parked, stationery, and car B is moving and hits it, unless I am missing something, which I don't think I am, car B is clearly at fault. B's driver could have avoided the accident by stopping, slowing, going around or any number of other options.

I'm just writing to let you know of the remarkable discovery my friend's princess gained viewing your web page. She came to find a lot of pieces, with the inclusion of what it's like to possess an incredible giving mindset to let others very easily learn about several problematic topics. You truly did more than her expected results. Many thanks for giving these useful, trusted, revealing and in addition easy guidance on that topic to Evelyn.
