I have submitted my claim for my slip and trip with LPS solicitors 2 y

I have submitted my claim for my slip and trip with LPS solicitors 2 years ago and have not yet been compensated. Everytime I make a call i get ifnormed t will be next month and it never happens. What do I do. Whom do i write to, I have my case number and this may not help coz its with LPS.

PLease tell me what to do.
