manhole cover.

I recently fell down an uncovered manhole at night on an unlit public footpath. I have chipped a bone in my knee, ruptured my thigh and broke two ribs. I really don't like the claim system however, I can't work and I'm in agony most of the time (especially my ribs). Is it worth claiming and how much could I expect?
thanks.

Hello,

Although you aren't a fan of the claim system you are certainly entitled to a large fee following an accident like this. If you would like some free expert advice please contact me and I will be able to provide our panel of solicitors.

i had an accident in 1998 that wasnt my fault and lost my 100% no ailcms as a result which totally blew me.. I was really mad about it.18mths later after it had been thru all the legal stuff with the company that were supplied by my own insurance company, i got my no ailcms back.it was backdated, and i got a refund cheque for the amount i had paid out, extra on top of what the premium would have been, so everyithing worked out well in the end.i even changed companies when the premium quoted by the company Id had a blemish free record with decided to raise the rate  and I STILL got a large refund chequeand my max no ailcms and blemish free record back. which was what was most important to meYoure right about the ailcms people too. they only want to know if it involves personal injury.I think the only ones that can help you with the car claim itself is the insurance company you are with  only they also can give you back the %nc when its proved you werent to blame

I have seen that today, more and more people are now being atttacred to surveillance cameras and the area of images. However, as a photographer, it's important to first spend so much period deciding the model of camera to buy and moving  store to store just so you could buy the least expensive camera of the trademark you have decided to pick out. But it isn't going to end right now there. You also have to contemplate whether you should purchase a digital digital camera extended warranty. Thx for the good points I received from your web site.
