accident whilst on holiday in Ejypt

I recently had a fall whilst on holiday with a friend. At night (the sun goes down at about 6pm) the matinance staff would water the grass. One night whilst walking back to my room i slipped on the water. The marble tiles on my room patio had been sprayed by the hoses, there were no warning signs.

As i fell obviosly my arms went out to save me, but my hands also slipped and this resulted in me falling straight onto my face causing damage to my jaw, lips and teeth! I was taken to a hospital in the middle of Sharm and quickley rushed in and out then sent back to my hotel.

I recived a phone call in my room from the hotel manager asking me to speak with him in his office. I then spoke with him and the hotel safety manager and was apologised to and given a coppy of the accident forms. i was then offered a discounted holiday to go back again next year!!

I have photos of the area, photos of my injuries contact deatails for 3 witneses and deatailed logs of my treatment so far. Also an apology letter from the hotel and two accident forms, one off my thopmson rep and one from the hotel.

Do you think that i have a valid case??
