foot injury at work

i recently had an accident at work which ended up with me breaking my metetarsel, im wanting to write a letter to my employers for compensation does anyone have any ideas on what to put in the letter.

I would not go into this without legal advice.  That letter could serve other purposes in the eyes of the court.  The last thing you want to do is close a case before it is even started.  Consult an attorney for more information.  www.indianapolisinjury.net can provide you with options for counsel.
