Slept - coming out of the car at work carpark.

About month ago while I was coming out of the car at work carpark  and slept on a rubbish at 4am. It was so dark I could barely see anything. I think they have insufficient light at car park at night time or this rubbish shouldnt be there!

I torn my cartlidge and I had already surgery on that one in about 10 months time I will have another surgery to reconstruct my Anterial Crucial Ligament in my right knee.

Is any chance I can get anything so I can go private and speed up my surgery???.
