Slip On Leaking Freezer In Tesco

Hi, I was Shopping Today in tesco, and slipped on a puddle of water that was leaking out from underneath the freezer in the meat section. I have damaged my ankle, knee, hip and shoulder on my left side and damaged my right hand fromthe impact of the fall i was picked up off the floor by staff and an incident report was filled out with the main witnesses being 2 other members of staff. I am going to hospital tonight to make sure its nothing to serious but now my whole back has seized up and i am in pain up to my neck.
Do you think this would be a good case to claim some sort of compensation as there was NO sign saying wet floor and nothing to warm myself or other customers ? would appreciate any advice. Thanks xx
