accident at work burnt feet

I had an accident at work. Some fellow in the kithen worked with a carriage full of buckets of hot stock (soup).
The buckets fell out (tilted) from the carriage tovards me. The hot soup went into my boot and burned my both leg.
Am not able to work since 3 weeks. Working through an employment agency. Who can compensate my loss of earninng, the pain i have? This accident was absoluteli not my resposibility. I did not worked with that carriage of soup. I dont know weather the company reported the case to NHS or the accident book was filled. I didnt see it. Thow as i heard the factory dont want to se me again either unrespect to that i was just who suffered the accident. Im wery frustrated and i have my opennion on British companies sad

Well i believe in such case you should contact your insurance company. You are suffering so much for no fault of yours. So it's better to talk to the company.
