Injured? Use a Solicitor not a Claims Management Company!

Hi all

If you have had an accident and you are injured you need to be properly advised. Many of the adverts you see on the tv advertising claims services are not solicitors. They are often companies selling the claims on to solicitors for up to �?1000 per claim.
I am a solicitor and I am happy to provide advice in relation to injury claims.

Hi. I was in an armed robbery at work on october 27 2006. My company. Never ave me any time off at all can I still claim for this or is it to late

Vic2828, you have repeated what I have said on many occasions and i whole heartedly concur with your comments.

You only have to look at the claims management firms who stalk this site and cime up with their crass "I can help you" or "You have a claim, contact me" comment to see that it is becoming a disease.

Dot, unfortunately, as far as making a claim for personal injury is concerned, unfortunately you have only 3 years from date of injury in which to make a claim, and as your incident occured in 2006, you are 2 years outside that statute of limitation.

As far as your firm givimg you time off is concerned, that would be a matter between you and your employer, but 5 years on, if they said No, it would not be deemed unreasonable
