PPI

I was talking with one of your lawyer/solicitors (Tim) this morning about a potential claim for PPI repayment.  During our conversation, your system went down and Tim agreed to get back to me within 30 mins.  That was over 8 hours ago.

Can someone get back to me and tell me what's going on, please?
