Level of Compensation

I had an accident some time ago and have been pf work for a substantial period of time. I have looked aa various claim calculators to get a rough idea of what I could potentially get in compensation and the figures look quite far fetched to me.

Some state that I could be entitled to anything between Â?40K to 60K inclusive of lost earnings. Is this figure realistic?
