fibromyalgia
i have been diagnosed and treated for fibromyalgia for about 12mths after a emergency gallbladder op 3 years ago. the gallbladder was not detected as being troublesome untill i was admitted and subsequent emergency op was performed. i was in hospital for 3 weeks had drainage bag and have ongoing problems which has caused me to be on dla for 2 years. i have been on fibro programme and am currently seeing firbo counselllor due to management of pain. am i able to claim for neglegence . advice would be appreciated.
