Slip on wet floor tesco

I was in tescos three weeks ago and had gone over to get some milk and slipped on the floor but I didn't fall I saved my self but it was a very violent jolt of the body some one had moped the floor and not put wet floor signs down. I have soft tissue damage to my achillies tendon spasams under my foot and pain in my neck the gp also says are spasms my claim is being processed and the pain continues does any one have an idea of how much compensation I might get

Hi,
you can make a claim as you have suffered whiplash injury from the accident. I am working for a claims company and if you want to claim email with your name number and best time to contact on samuelclaims (at) gmail (dot) com

On acceptance you will receive ????600 for referring the claim and the compensation is 100% on top.

It's no win no fee!

Hello Derek

We (FloorSlip .co. uk) specialise in Floor Safety and we would make the following comments to help you (a) Did you report the incident to the Manager at the stores and was it put into the accident book? If not, then do so as soon as possible - any slip injury claim will be strongly argued if you leave it too long; make sure you and them sign the accuident book (b) You can ask to see the results of the Pendulum Testing of the floors, which detects how slippery a floor is - The value must be 36 when dry, wet or contaminated with substances typically found around that floor (for example - milk). If TESCOS can not produce them or the value when wet or contaminated is less than 36 then there are very good chances you can claim for a slip injury (c) If you wish to be put in touch with a personal injury lawyer that specilaises in this type of slip injury accident claim then contact us; we are independent floor safety consultants and deal with many solicitors and lawyers who specialise in this type of dloor slip event - Regards, Mark

u idiots that constantly do fake claims saying u had a "jolt" or "jarred my insert body part" but had no real injury that caused financial loss through not being able to work really annoy me. Fraudulent claims cost companies like tesco millions, and how do u think u see the effect? Thats it, higher prices! Stop being a stupid bitch, pick urself up, dust yourself off and carry on. Do u think they "did a claim" in the war when they got their legs blown off? No. Stop being a fucking wimp.
