Whiplash injuries on going 15 months still suffering

Hi I have a claim on going for whiplash & lower back soft tissue injuries.  My medical report suggested 10-12 months recovery time.  My other problem is that my medical report states that I have moderate problems (this was done in Aug 2010) and have been able to resume my exercise & other activities running.  this is in fact very much not the case.  My solicitor says I cannot change this original report + NOW need another report from an orthopedic surgeon! but have to let this report go through.  my only saving grace is that I have a medical report from my Chiropractor which documents my treatments and recovery as such since my accident.  any further advise would be appreciated.  Thank you.
