fall in a shop no wet floor signs out

i need some help on what i can do, i fell in a store 2 and half yrs ago and at the main entrance where theres cameras on the main walkway there was no wet floor signs out and i slipped on the floor and fell on my wrist i was so embarrassed about falling i left the store, later on in the day i was having sharp pains in my wrist and went to the walk in centre who told me i may have broken my wrist so i had to go to the hospital for xrays which confirmed the break, the next day i rang the store and told them i had slipped in the store and over the phone i filled out an accident form, the women said i was lying as the cleaner had cleaned the floor at 11am and i had said i fell at 11.15 so the floor couldnt of been wet, i told her i that it was at the main entrance walk way and there must be a camera there, she said she will go and check on the camera anyway. i was so disgusted in the way she spoke to me i went into the store the following day with my arm strapped up to prove id broken my arm and to speak to a manager and complain about they way i was spoken to. about 12 months after i put a claim in as i still suffer from pains in my wrist, but theyre saying they cant prove i fell in store and the store is not admitting liability. and if i take them to court i will have to pay all there charges if i loose, i need advice on where i stand. thank you
