knee operation

Hi

Two years ago I had a leg operacion. One year ago I feeld hurt in this leg. Dokctor in hospital told me that my leg isn't very well and I have to be operation second time. After that he told me that on first operation me knee wasn't operated correct. I think that I can claim compensation because It was a medical mistake. Who should pay my compensation hospital or this doctor?

You would have to prove that the hospital were negligent when they did your operation. You should consult a solicitor specialising in clinical negligence cases.
