Car accident when reversing

I was on a minor road and needed to reverse up as I had missed a turning into a car park.  I checked behind, it was clear to reverse.  I started reversing and was hit by a car reversing out of the car park onto the road.  Who is at fault?

It will probably go 50/50 as you both had a duty of care to ensure that it was safe to reverse

I agree with the above comment, but depending on whether you are looking to claim or not, it will depend on other factors as well. Do you have any information about the incident? If you do choose to claim you will need as much information as you can get. Even better if you got admission of liability from the other driver.

Really depends on the lewyar and what you agreed upon before hand.  Make sure you iron all that out before going into court or retaining a personal injury lewyar.

There are many types of personal ijiurnes, personal injury claims are complex and might be very time consuming. Those people who suffer personal ijiurnes usually require long time to recover in some cases it may in months but some may take years to recover, physiotherapy place a important part in recovering from accident ijiurnes, but due to problems such as financial constraints and lack of awareness about the magnitude of their ijiurnes, they usually find themselves going back to work or resuming their normal duties, which only worsens the ijiurnes. However, this is a wrong practice people have to make personal injury claims in order to facilitate an allowance for recovery time without having to worry about financial difficulties or any other problems.

This is a great article.  The ppoele interviewed provided great commentary, but now something needs to be done about it.  Education begins at home.  There needs to be a very large public campaign promoting save and courteous driving.  This must be done all year round, not just during safe driving week.  Secondly, education in schools can influence the next generation so that they can see the benefits of better road safety.  Driving attitudes need to change among all drivers, nationals and expats.  Instead of using those hugh billboards to advertise the Pearl, use them to promote better driving; no use of mobiles, driving in the correct lanes; not flashing lights; using headlights when driving at dusk, in the dark, and in the fog.  The State of Qatar must enforce strict regulations for all.  There should be no wasta!  Advertise how many have died, how many are maimed, how many are in a vegetative state for the rest of their lives.  Do not hide the facts   broadcast them so we be come more responsible to ourselves, our families, and all drivers and pedestrians in Qatar.  Use slogans like Drive safely, arrive alive!  Let it ring so our children can sing.  Slow and steady wins the race; crazy driving is a killer's chase!  Great work students.

Good day! This is kind of off topic but I need some guidance from an eslebtishad blog. Is it very difficult to set up your own blog? I'm not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty fast. I'm thinking about setting up my own but I'm not sure where to begin. Do you have any ideas or suggestions?  Thanks

Is it possible to srvuive a car accident like Johnny Smith in The Dead Zone? And I mean in the book. Lets say if you did get some kind of head injury sometime before the accident, would it keep you from dying in some horrifiic car accident(although there was still the comatose thing). and no, I am not worried about the whole being able to see the future thing, cause it's not possible.

And the baby in the fireman hat, that is great. Is this another one of your department bbaeis..are you the official photographer for them?!

I have to express my iirpecpataon to the writer just for rescuing me from this type of dilemma. Because of surfing around through the world-wide-web and coming across advice which are not helpful, I was thinking my entire life was over. Living devoid of the solutions to the issues you have fixed by way of your good guide is a critical case, as well as the ones that would have negatively affected my entire career if I hadn't encountered your blog. Your personal talents and kindness in maneuvering the whole thing was helpful. I don't know what I would've done if I hadn't come across such a solution like this. I am able to at this moment relish my future. Thanks for your time very much for this specialized and amazing guide. I will not think twice to suggest the sites to any person who should have counselling about this issue.

Zune and iPod: Most people ocpmare the Zune to the Touch, but after seeing how slim and surprisingly small and light it is, I consider it to be a rather unique hybrid that combines qualities of both the Touch and the Nano. It's very colorful and lovely OLED screen is slightly smaller than the touch screen, but the player itself feels quite a bit smaller and lighter. It weighs about 2/3 as much, and is noticeably smaller in width and height, while being just a hair thicker.
