with any case a solicitor may drag it out due to the fact that the longer they are working on a case the more money they can earn over time, as they price everything stupidly as all costs are recovered from the third party. they will price the simplest things from send off a letter to the client and to the insurance company and such at Â?150 each, the claim management company i work for deals with some of the largest firms of solicitors in the country and i know they are prone to doing this.
