accident at work

had an accident at work did not put a claim in but still suffering from injury had to have knee operation also injection into lower back,now i have chronic pain which i will now have to live with ,some days i can hardley walk. my company has been ask to make reasonable adjust for me by GP over six weeks now which has still no happened my manager was told to refer me to the OHA this also has not happened worried i will lose my job as i cannot cope with standing all day at work.

Why don't you put a claim in Monique, this would be beneficial as we may be able to negotiate with your employer aswell as get you compensation you deserve, and get medical expenses met if specialist charges may be incurred.

Hello, you can bring a claim as long as it occured not less than 3 years ago.You also need to show that this accident ocurred and how it was caused as you have to show the court that your employer was negligent
