can i claim??

i was involved in an accident two weeks ago.
i was behind a lorry at a set of traffic lights and the lorry rolled back and damaged the front of my car.
They have had accepted liability, and are going to repair my car and give me a courtesy car whilst my car is in the garage.
I got a phone call today and they stated that i am entitled to some compensation as it was a non fault accident, and also my passenger is entitled to compensation. Neither of us was injured though. Are we entitled to some compensation???

If you were genuinly injured then yes you probably would have a claim.

However, if you decide to make a claim knowing that you were not genuinely injured, then you run the risk of being prosecuted for Fraud if you are caught.

And the specialists do have ways of finding out if an injury is genuine or not, even the minor ones.

If you have already gone through your insurance company and not notified them of any personal injury then as far as they are aware then you do not wish to claim. You do have 3 years to claim though and sometimes injuries can occur a long time after the initial injury, this shouldn't be an excuse to suddenly pick up the phone and claim, but if you genuinely think you are hurt, or anything happens in the future you have every right to claim.

We are a claims company ourselves and we can tell you first hand that the phone-call you will have received will just be a company "pushing" you to claim, something which is rife in our industry, and definitely something a decent company would not be doing.

If there was an accident at road and it resulted in your personal injuries or recourses injury without your fault then according to the law you can opt for road accident , you should always accident claim, you will get total compensation. Consult with the solicitor for complete procedure.get ahead to seek compensation. In your case also, fault is not your end, hence apply for road
