Are car was hit in a public car park while we were on holiday in west sussex. the guy that hit it left his name and telephone number. we had to go to the police station and report it also wait 1 day for him to reply with the information of his car then phone insurance companys from mobiles costing alot of money. i was wondering if we can claim for loss of enjoyment of are holiday this happen on are second day and we seem to spend every day talking to insurance companys police station etc about it. it tottally recked are holiday.

Why didn't you just report it to the Police and your Insurance company and let them deal with it that is why we pay all that money for our car insurance!!!
