fall in local restaurant

i had accident in my local pizza hut restaurant.We were 2nd customers in the restauratn on a busy Sunday lunchtime.  I tripped on the bottom receessd metal trim of salad bar area, the bar was sticking out by approx 20cm, my foot was caught by this and i fell onto the ceramic tiled floor, salad all over me and the floor. I  have a bruised knee, elbow and ego, a pizza hut employee was at the salad bar, he saw me and called the manager over, the manager logged the accident in the accident book. The manager told me he would phone me yesterday but he hasn't thus far.
