Be careful,
if they have made offers over the past 2 years then you are very close to the 3 years cut off when youmust issue proceedings in court or get nothing. You can refuse their offer as many times as you wish, but there comes a time when the law requires you to litigate or forget your claim. that time is very close so do not delay in instructing a lawyer to act on your behalf or go to the small claims court and issue proceedings yourself (not reccomended) but whatever you do - get a deal done or issue proceedings quickly. You could lose out totally.
