Compensation Guide

Can anyone help me. I had an accident nearly 3 years ago the other side admitted liabilty straight away. I've got ongoing whip lash and shoulder injuries, I've had 3 medical examinations all prognosis have alapsed and the last report says that I will suffer these injuries now for life, But only 75% of my pain is caused by the accident and 25% by general wear and tear. But after 5 years from the accident all the pain that'll still be suffering wont have anything to do with the accident but all due to wear and tear, my injuries are 3 prolasped discs and nerver damage which affecting my shoulder. I've had over 45 sessions with a physio and over 45 sessions with an osteopath, steriod injections into my shoulder 2 lots of pain killing injection into my neck, all of which haven't worked I'm on tramadol, pregabolin & diclofenic daily. I've been told that I will only get Â?6500 compensation and no money for future treatment. Please can someone help me
