Car accident...hit from behind..!!!!

Hi Chaps,

I was involved in a car accident, hit from behind 2 months ago, off work since, back and neck stil very painful, been to hospital 3 times, twice admitted. CT Scan, X-Ray's and MRI carried out.

Grade 1 spondylolisthesis and narrowing of left exit foramen with evidence of impingement of the exiting left L5 nerve root.

Evidence of chronic bilateral L5 pars defect.

Can someone please explain this in plain english, and my independant doctor I had an assesment with has classed my situation as severe injury.

What compensation am I looking at ?? rough guide.....??? not taking into account personal details.....just looking at a sort of payment bracket.

Thanks.

It sounds like you have a good claim here and all the medical evidence to support it.

I certainly think you need to speak to an experienced professional no win no fee personal injury solicitor.

Here's a rough guide as to what victims of whiplash could expect to receive for:

a mild whiplash injury: Â?878 - Â?5,150
Moderate whiplash injury: Â?5,150 - Â?16,400
Severe whiplash injury: Â?16,400 - Â?87,500

For a more accurate figure, you will need to speak to a specialist solicitor.

Call 0800 612 7 612 for a free consultation.

Hope this helps.
