Hi, thanks for the advice! Anyway, are you sure that the when I reffer the problem to the MIB the only one consequence for my friend will be the substraction of the points on the driving licence?

hi sorry to hear that,
was she insured to drive the car?
if she was than she was covered and she would not have any probs, as the insurance would have to pay out for your injuries.
but if she wasn`t insured than you would have to make a claim of MIB (motor insurance bureau). she might get points on her license and it usually takes about a year for the calim to be settled.

My friend, who has just received the driving licence had problems with putting the car to the garrage. She was overstressed and she pushed the wrong pedal and she smashed me pushng onto the wall. Due to thiat accident I have permanent injury and doctors say that I will never walk in a proer way My question is if my friend may have problems if I claim for the compensation. I need to mention that her father is the owner of the car, which smashed me.
