car accident

A week ago i have had a car accident. I was a driver, a car from the opposite direction went into to skid, there was a head-on collision. A culprit is a young, inexperienced driver with a monthly driving  licence. He said that, for reason a hole in road, had to bend a steering wheel. On the place the event, called in the policy. The result of alcohol analysis made with breathalyzer was negative both for me and a boy. I felt pain (pressure) in chest, so the policeman called an emergency. I was in hospital for 3 days (from Sunday to Tuesday). The reason for that was broken backbone in C4 area, as the epikryza shows. An orthopedic collar  for 4 weeks. I feel pain of backbone and got hand - cramp. My husbands` insurance company – “Interrisk” recommended me “Windcar” company, that enforces compensations (it runs a case from the beginning to the end, taking 20% of compensation).
The culprit had comprehensive car insurance+civil liability insurance. His insurance company is TUW. Would you advice me, as i`d got no such expirience before:
1) I`m not sure if Windcar is a good choice. They`re professionalist and I think we couldn`t win the case without them, but there are some doubts
2) Who is paying for the period of absence in work - employer or ZUS? 80 or 100%? I got full-time work. Thank you.

Was this accident in England or Wales? If so there is no reason to pay a company
20% of the value of the claim. In England no win no fee should mean you do not have
to pay any % of the claim to the law firm.

Hi Roger

Let me be frank! ARE YOU CRAZY!!!

Do not go with that company as they are not helping you but are taking a big chunk out your injury money when you should get 100%, let me break it down in simple terms.

Lets say for example you get compensated £10,000 deduct 20% = £8,000.  Thats £2,000 of your money that they have deducted, just imagine the offer of settlement is more.

My advise would be to let me take on this case as i provide a yes win no fee service giving you 100% of the compensations, theres no deductions and no hidden charges, all will be in black and white.

Thanks
