accident at work

In November the last year i had broken a bone's heel. I was stable during all ten months of  long treatment. An accident had happened during when i was accepting the areas for sale for an agency. I'm working as advertising salesman of estate ( employment contract for the period of performance of a specific task ), additional as financial advertising ( employment contract). employer claims, i'm not entitled to compensation because it took place out of an office.
