accident at work - I almost lost my eye! compensation for it.

today I had accident. My colleague from work who try to hammer a nail in, hit me this nail in my right eye. I was all day in hospital. Doctor said that I could be blind on this eye if my colleague hit me few milimiters further.
Tomorrow I'm goi ng to doctor once again. If they will say it is a seriouse injury, can I make a claim against my colleague or employer? who will pay for my medical treatment?

You can make a claim against your employer if your colleague was negligent or the
nail was defective. Your employer will be covered by insurance.
