Hi,
last summer I had an shop accident. I sliped on wet floor and I broke my arm. Can I claim comenstion now. I wont say that I haven't any witness. Have I any chance for compensation?

If the floor was wet and there wasn't anything there to warn you about it, you have a good chance to get compensation.
For a simple forearm injury, you can get from 3500 to 1000 pounds, and for a severe arm injury, your compensation can rise up to 70000 pounds.
