Car accident with my kids

Hi,

I need help. Few weeks ago I had a car accident. I came back with my kids at home. Unhappily had we an accidet. I hit other car on cross road. Other driver is good. I know that I can't  claim compensation for my self, but I have qestion can I we claim compensation for my kids. My  daughter have broken arm and she need  rehabilitation. Can  she get any money?

Your daughter can make a claim. She will need an adult to represent her. The
claim will have to be against you, but it will be covered by your insurance. She
should make a claim because otherwise she is paying for your negligence. The claim
should not cost you anything as your insurance will pay. They may also be able to
pay for her to have treatmetn on her arm.
