problem with spinal

Hi
I had an car accident 7 month ago. I had problem with my spinal. I can't work and my spinal give me pain all the time (at night is worse) How can I do? My doctor sad me that this pain is normal but I can't normal live. Can someone hlep me?

I think You should go stright to the doctor. Without profesional medical care You will suffer all the time and even it may change to worst!

I have spinal problems to but not from injury from birth. It use to hurt all the time but i got in contact with a back speacialst who helped me with certain exercises to strength the supporting muscles which has helped alot.
I advise doing this.
