Fall on unlight rd?

Hi

at the weekend I was leaving an event at a pub at the bottom of a unlit road and fell into a large pothole which I couldnt see as there is no lighting at all. I had a drink but was not drunk - I dislocated my finger, cut my knee and have bruising all over the left side of my body. Am I entitled to claim and who would I contact?

Hi, hope I can help. If I were you I would sue the sun for not being out as you walked along this road. Failing that I would get your mummy to kiss your finger and bruises better. Or failing that I would stop being so pathetic and grow up.

Now that you have stated you were leaving the pub you would have a very hard job in fighting that claim. If the road had know lamp columns then its more likely it isnt adopted.

Better luck next time

Remember next time get drunk in well lit areas.
Hopefully you will fall & break your neck & end up quadra-spazzed.
You could be a multi-millionaire.

No doubt the claims guys on this forum will be "SORRY" to hear about your misfortune,
as they drive to their big houses in their Rolls Royces & Bentleys whilst eating their  Caviar & Chateaubriand.
