two accidents at work

hi,

I work in trade center in London. Last year I was injured an accident at work. I didn't claim compensation because I was afraid that I can lost my work. Unfortunly two month ago I had second accident. I have broken arm and I can't work now. I think that I have to claim compensation becase security in my work isn't very well. What can I now? Can I claim compensation for this firs accident too?

Re: two accidents at work

You have 3 years to start your claim so it is not too late. You have not said how
your accident happened. Can you give more information about the accident?

Re: two accidents at work

You need to be able to provide evidence of the injuries, such as medical records and witness statements.   you must be able to prove that someone else,  maybe your employer or another employee, was at least partly responsible for your accidents.
