hallo, last night I head terrible accident!
I work in Tesco at night, almost always night shifts, 5 days a week. I'm from Poland. I think I shouldn't work so heavy but my manager said that he need me always at night because he don't have anyone else at my pleace. I do not get more money couse in papers everything looks like I was working during a day!
At nigt I head accident, one of the guy who worked with me (I don;t like him) stab me when I asked him why he is so slowly in job.
I fall on metal box lying on the floor and I hurt my back very seriously. I coudn't move! He realize it's his fault and call ambulance. I was taken to a hospital. Doctor said I have very seriously spine break. Im still lying in bad since 3 weeks, don;t know what to do with this?
this accident happen near Birmingham, what can I do now? call solisitors? or do claim by myself?
DO i have a right to get fully compensation?
